1. Capture
Site photos, video, measurements, notes, aerial imagery, and uploaded records.
Concrete Assessments uses practical visual technology to document real conditions: mobile LiDAR where useful, mobile camera and video, aerial imagery, uploaded photos, prior reports, and AssetGuard-ready records.
Capture System
The assessment process can combine mobile device camera capture, video walkthroughs, close-range documentation, mobile LiDAR-assisted spatial context, aerial imagery, owner notes, prior scopes, engineer reports, insurance files, and maintenance history.
Every input is organized around concrete failure logic: moisture, movement, load, and surface preparation. That keeps the file practical for owners, contractors, engineers, adjusters, attorneys, municipalities, and portfolio managers.
The purpose is not to replace licensed engineering where engineering is required. The purpose is to reduce blind repair decisions and make the next step clearer.
Site photos, video, measurements, notes, aerial imagery, and uploaded records.
Conditions are organized by likely failure drivers: moisture, movement, load, and surface preparation.
Risk zones, trip hazards, cracks, delamination indicators, drainage issues, and prior repairs are placed into a usable record.
The report supports repair, replacement, monitoring, additional testing, or engineering review decisions.
Request assessment and upload photos, notes, prior quotes, and existing reports.
